I have worked in the Financial Services industry since 1986, providing advice from inception. The industry has on the face of things changed dramatically but my personal professional relationship with clients, is still the most important factor.
The client experience now provided is more positive than ever, based on trust & good communication.
I also rely heavily on my colleagues at A.S.K. who help to ensure that the client advice process follows as straight a path as possible. Some of the work we undertake is pretty complicated! If only everything was straight forward.
Away from work, my distractions are family life, spending time in sunnier places, socialising with my pals, which includes playing golf & watching & offering constructive criticism to various rugby teams.
